Please read these terms and conditions before using this website. The responsibility of this website is the quality of goods shipped from the factory and instrument maintenance or repair services. This website is not responsible for any indirect or direct losses caused by defects or damage to the goods.

Online shopping terms
- This website provides store pick-up or cash on delivery delivery service; the shipping fee for the cash on delivery service will be borne by the customer.
- Unless otherwise specified, the purchase price of a musical instrument only includes the instrument and its accessories; customers are required to purchase additional consumables (such as bows, strings, reeds, cushions, etc.), transportation services, professional inspection/maintenance/deep cleaning services, Maintenance services and other items.

- All musical instruments will be re-inspected by professional instructors after leaving the factory to ensure normal operation. Therefore, some packaging may not be consistent with the factory condition.
- When receiving the goods, customers must check whether the surface of the goods is damaged and whether the functions are normal.
- All musical instruments (excluding accessories and consumables) are guaranteed for one year from the date of purchase; the warranty does not include the following conditions:
- The instrument has subjective factors that do not affect performance, such as slight color difference and surface damage and scratches; or
- Instrument case, accessories and all natural wear and tear items (wind instruments: such as cushions, reeds; string instruments: such as strings, bridge); or
- Natural fading or discoloration of the painted surface or metal parts of the instrument due to time changes or acidification reactions; or the first clause of the warranty period.
Daily maintenance instructions for musical instruments
- Some accessories/components of musical instruments are consumables (such as bows, strings, reeds, cushions, etc.), and their service life is affected by many factors such as the number of times of use, the method of use, the material of the item, and the weather.
- Some musical instruments (or parts thereof) are natural products or are made by hand. There will inevitably be color differences, slight size differences, different patterns and traces of hand production. None of the above does not constitute a product defect and will not have an objective impact on the performance.
- Customers are required to perform routine maintenance on musical instruments and accessories, including but not limited to the following:
- All musical instruments and their accessories must not be stored in humid environments, with large temperature differences, or exposed to sunlight for long periods of time. They must be stored correctly in the instrument case before and after use.
- All musical instruments require basic maintenance and cleaning before and after each use. Improper use will affect performance and service life, and may even require repair or replacement of parts.
- Avoid pressure on the instrument and/or contact with hard objects.
- Wind instruments should undergo professional inspection, maintenance and deep cleaning every year.
Warranty terms
- The warranty covers inspection, repair and replacement parts costs caused by normal aging and obvious factory defects; but does not include aging or damage caused by violation of "Daily Maintenance Instructions for Instruments" or improper use, including but not limited to improper use. , failure or improper basic maintenance and cleaning, failure or improper storage of the instrument in the instrument case, accidental or deliberate pressure on the instrument or/and contact with hard objects, etc.
- During the warranty period, cases of musical instruments suspected of needing repair that are referred by instructors can receive up to 2 free remote inspections by central inspectors; if appropriate, the inspectors will instruct the customers to adjust the parts of the instrument themselves; if repairs are determined to be necessary after inspection , then handle according to maintenance procedures.
- If parts of an instrument need to be repaired due to improper use during the warranty period, a 20% discount on the cost of labor/part replacement will be provided; if reimbursement is required, a new instrument can be purchased at 30% off the retail price.
- All related maintenance matters are subject to the "Instrument Maintenance Instructions, Terms and Conditions".

- All musical instruments will be inspected, cleaned and disinfected by professional instructors before and after they are rented out to ensure normal operation; the rented instruments are not brand new and must have traces of use; the renter cannot replace another instrument unless it objectively affects normal use. .
- The rental period of the musical instrument is within 365 days from the date of payment; if the rental is through the "School Group Rental Plan", the rental end date will be the last musical instrument class/performance day of the school year; if it is overdue, the instrument will be deemed to have been rented again. People need to pay the relevant rent at the new price within 3 days after receiving the notice.
- The deposit will be refunded by bank transfer to the renter's account or by mailing a check within 30 days after the instrument is returned and the renter's bank account information or check payable is obtained.
- The status of the accessories/components included in the rental instrument will be determined as of the first time the renter receives the instrument.
- Rented musical instruments (including musical instrument cases) must not be stained or have stickers on them. If the above conditions are found when returning the instrument, the renter must pay the relevant additional cleaning fees within 3 days after receiving the notice.
- Except for consumables (such as bows, strings, reeds, cushions, etc.), if the instrument (including the instrument case) has parts missing or damaged when returned, the renter must pay the relevant maintenance fee within 3 days after receiving the notice.
- If the instrument needs to be repaired/reimbursed due to improper use or violation of the "Daily Maintenance Instructions for Instruments" during the rental period, the renter must bring the instrument to the TENERO repair center and pay for inspection and repair or replacement of parts, or reimbursement; if the renter If the instrument is damaged and has not been repaired or the services of other repair companies have been used, this website will deduct the relevant fees from the deposit to restore the instrument to the condition it was in when it was delivered to the renter.
- All related maintenance matters are subject to the "Musical Instrument Maintenance Instructions, Terms and Conditions".
- If the renter fails to pay additional cleaning, maintenance or re-renting costs, part or all of the deposit will be deducted for related purposes depending on the circumstances.
