Registration Terms and Conditions
1. The MUSICFRIENDLY Center group music course (hereinafter referred to as the "Course") is held at Room D1, 4th Floor, Ka Ming Factory Building, 688-690 Castle Peak Road, Lai Chi Kok (hereinafter referred to as the "Center").
2. Those who are interested in enrolling can register for courses through the center’s website or in person. After filling out the form, the administrative staff will contact you via WhatsApp (5524 8338) and arrange for a suitable music educator (hereinafter referred to as the “instructor”) To provide you with courses; the personal information of the person who fills out the form (hereinafter referred to as the "student") in the form will be stored in the central computer system until the student requests cancellation in writing.
3. The duration and fees of each course are subject to the center’s course schedule.
4. Payment of tuition fee does not mean successful registration; center staff will notify students no later than 14 days before the course start date whether the course has admitted enough people to successfully start the course. No refunds will be provided during this period. If the course cannot be held, the center will arrange a refund within a reasonable time.
5. After successful registration, you are not allowed to transfer your place or request a refund for personal reasons, and you must abide by the following rules.
6. The tuition fee only includes the tutor’s tuition; other items such as teaching materials, musical instruments, examination and competition fees need to be paid additionally.
7. In order to ensure the smooth operation of the course and protect the interests of students, instructors and the center, students and instructors are not allowed to communicate through channels other than those prepared by the center. If students suffer any losses due to violation of this provision, the center will not provide additional support or help them. Loss comes with no liability.
8. The center has the opportunity to take photos, audio and video recordings from time to time during the course, or arrange for other personnel to observe the course.
9. Since there are many students participating in the group course at the same time and the instructor will teach according to the lesson plan, the center staff and instructors will not respond/take the initiative to explain the learning progress of individual students under any circumstances outside the classroom; if students or their parents wish to To know their learning progress, please obtain it through the following channels - student handbook/student application (if applicable) or sign up for an additional one-time online private class to receive professional consultation from the instructor (for details, please contact the center staff).
Class Instructions and Center Rules
1. Students should arrive at the center 5 to 10 minutes before class to prepare for class; late arrivals and early departures will not be granted make-up time or make-up classes.
2. If the instructor is late or leaves early, time will be made up during the course on that day.
3. If students are unable to attend the scheduled class, they should notify the center as soon as possible and proactively contact the center staff to sign up for an additional one-time private online class to keep up with the original schedule; the instructor will not adjust the course schedule to accommodate their learning differences. .
4. Students should bring the necessary items for class as required by the instructor, and practice diligently after class.
5. No audio, video or filming is allowed in the center unless authorized.
6. Smoking, eating (except drinking water) and talking loudly are prohibited in the center.
7. Parents should not stay in the center unless necessary during classes; parents are not allowed to enter the class venue to observe unless approved by the center staff and instructors. Please keep quiet during the period and abide by item 5 above.
8. In the event of special weather conditions or other unforeseen emergencies, as announced by the Education Bureau, the class on that day will be postponed for one week or the relevant tuition fees will be refunded at the discretion of the center.
9. If the tutor takes leave, the relevant tuition fees will be refunded in proportion.
10. If a student affects the learning of other students due to serious disciplinary problems and refuses to change despite repeated advice, or causes danger to other students, the center has the right to suspend the student's qualifications to participate in the course and not issue a refund.

Payment methods and details
1. Students can pay tuition and other fees through the following methods
- Pay by credit card via online link;
- Transfer money via FPS and submit the relevant screenshot via WhatsApp (5524 8338). Failure to submit the screenshot will not be accepted as a successful payment;
- Pay by cash/credit card/various electronic payment methods in the center.
2. All fees paid are non-transferable and non-refundable (except for the relevant terms listed above).

Terms and Conditions
1. This course is taught by an instructor who has been announced on the official website; if the instructor is unable to teach the course due to special reasons, the center will arrange for an instructor with the same qualifications to take over.
2. The goal of this course is to provide students with a preliminary understanding of related musical instruments and to help them choose an instrument for continued learning. Therefore, music theory knowledge will not be taught in the course.
3. The course fee includes the students’ right to use relevant musical instruments during class; the musical instruments are only for use in class and may not be taken away from the center. If a student damages an instrument or other object due to deliberate vandalism or failure to follow the instructor's instructions, the student will be required to compensate for the original price.
4. The instrument aptitude test report provided by the instructor is for students’ reference only; the report only covers the instruments included in the course, and therefore does not represent the student’s overall ability to learn music.
5. If any part of the "Summer Instrument Discovery Course Additional Terms and Conditions" conflicts with the "MUSICFRIENDLY Center Group Music Course General Terms and Conditions", such part shall be governed by the "Summer Instrument Discovery Course Additional Terms and Conditions" "Details" shall be the final reference.
