Exchange Policy
All items sold are non-refundable.
If the customer discovers that the goods are damaged or cannot be used properly within seven days after receiving the goods, the customer can replace the product with the same model for free*. Please keep the receipt and the original packaging of the goods and email to this website at enquiry@musicfriendly.com Submit a request for processing.
If any dispute arises due to exchange of goods, this website reserves the right to make the final decision.
*Exchange serviceNot includedThe following situations:
(a) Failure and damage to the goods caused by accidents, floods or natural disasters such as fire, insects, earthquakes, etc.; or
(b) The surface of the instrument is dented, nicked, scratched or damaged due to accident, neglect, improper installation or use; or
(c) The instrument has subjective factors that do not affect performance such as slight color difference and surface damage and scratches; or
(d) Any part or component of the product has been replaced, and the part or component of the product is not provided and replaced by the TENERO repair center; or
(e) The goods have been handed over to personnel who are not authorized or designated by the organization for repair and maintenance.
